PLEASE NOTE! Before your child can attend, we’ll need a quick waiver and registration on file. After checkout, you’ll be guided through a short web form — about 3 minutes per child. No PDFs, no printing, no mailing. Questions? Info@eotwni.com Thank you!

How to Enroll

  1. Select the week(s) and/or individual day(s) you want and add them to your cart.
  2. Complete checkout to reserve your spot(s).
  3. After checkout, you’ll be taken to a short waiver form for each child — fills in most fields automatically and takes about 3 minutes. You’ll also get a confirmation email as a backup.
