Forest School Preschool-Kindergarten

Eyes of the World Nature Immersion Forest School presents this child-led curriculum which provides adventures & place-based education for your little ones that help build upon their early learning skills at your favorite Southern Maine Preschool.

Our environmentally low-impact approach provides a rotating list of South Berwick area locations in the beautiful forests of Vaughan Woods, Brandmoore Farm & Great Works Regional Land Trust.

Each location is unique and provides new lessons from its natural landscape. Classes are $50 per day and take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am-noon. Ages 3-6. Only 10 spaces per day. Parents may chose from one, two or three day per week enrollments.

Dondero Afterschool - 2025-26 Now Enrolling!

Eyes of The World Nature Immersion After School program offers a unique experience of supervised, yet self-guided nature play. Children will spend the afternoon exploring the forest, learning about plants & fungi, playing games, digging, painting, climbing trees and more!

Join us on Wednesdays in the outdoor classroom at Dondero Elementary!

Children are allowed to explore the forest behind the school at their own pace.

We PLAY!

Lots of manhunt, create nature inspired art, mine rocks, practice woodworking, play games, hang out, build forts, make mud pies and more!

Your children will leave class happy & refreshed with fun stories of our adventures!

Join Eyes of the World for a fun summer playing in the woods of South Berwick, ME. We will build forts, make mud pies, climb trees, splash in water, create art, make new friends, play games and relax in hammocks!

This is a child-led nature program and we have the best time! Ages 5 and up. 9am – 3pm. $60 per day. Full and partial week enrollments available.
