Your job

Basically nothing.

It's 100% automated. The waivers come to you. The PDFs are saved automatically. The spreadsheet logs everything.

The one thing to know: every Sunday night, a safety-net script runs a check and sends you a Monday-morning email. Two versions:

📬 "All clear"

Everything matches up. This is the one you'll almost always see. You got one this morning from a test run. That's the system telling you nothing is missing.

⚠ "[IMPORTANT!]" in the subject line

Something's missing. The email tells you exactly which family, which kid, which order. If you ever see this one, forward it to me and I'll handle it.

Why the Sunday email exists

The system probably won't break — it's not that complicated, basic logic.

But IF something ever did go wrong, it's built to fail gracefully: the customer doesn't see a scary error message in the middle of registering. They'd think everything went fine.

The problem would only be visible on our end. The Sunday script is the backstop — it catches anything we might miss.

Not to scare you. Just so you know there's a net.
